Return & Refund Policy

At RUKZO (Ruck-Zo), customer satisfaction is our priority. As all products are made to order (printed upon request), t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts are non-returnable. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, as applicable.

Note: We recommend recording a video while unboxing your package. This serves as proof of the product’s condition and allows us to process refunds or replacements swiftly in case of any defects.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

  • All returns are subject to a quality check.

  • RUKZO (Ruck-Zo) reserves the right to reject returns if the product:

    • Is not in its original condition

    • Is damaged/missing pieces or parts due to reasons other than our error

Return & Refund Process

  • To initiate a return, please email us at care@rukzo.com with your order details.

  • We will schedule a pickup within 3–5 business days through our logistics partner.

  • Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

  • Once approved, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method or a replacement will be delivered within 5–7 working days.

  • Shipping fees charged during purchase are not refundable if you request a refund.

Partial Refunds May Apply (if applicable):

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Items not in original condition, or damaged/missing pieces or parts not due to our fault

  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery

Sale Items

Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return or replacement.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

In case your order is lost or undelivered, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping fees paid during checkout.
