Cancellation Policy
At RUKZO, we get that plans can change — and if you need to cancel your order, we’re here to make it easy. Our cancellation policy is clear and hassle-free.
At RUKZO, our dispatch team begins processing orders as soon as they’re placed. If you’ve just made a purchase and need to cancel, please email us promptly at care@rukzo.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Orders not yet processed are eligible for cancellation with a full refund.

Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item for a refund, and the actual shipping fee will be deducted.

Your order should reach you within 4-6 working days after dispatch unless there is any unforeseen delay. In case your order does not reach you within 10 business days, we will dispatch a new order or process full refund.
We will not be able take any action before the 10-day period as we work with third-party courier partners and we have limited control once the order is dispatched. Please feel free to reach out to us at care@rukzo.com for any concerns regarding your order.
RUKZO (Ruk-Zo) reserves the right to cancel any transaction that we suspect to be fraudulent or defies our terms & conditions. We reserve the right but are not obligated to maintain a list of customers who conducts either suspicious or fraudulent transactions and may deny future transactions from them.
Return & Refund Policy
At RUKZO (Ruck-Zo), your satisfaction matters. Due to hygiene reasons, socks are non-returnable. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a free replacement or full refund, as applicable.
Return Eligibility

Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

All returns are subject to a quality check.

Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return, please email us at care@rukzo.com with your order details.

We will schedule a pickup within 3–5 business days through our logistics partner.

Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Sale Items
Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return or replacement.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
In case your order is lost or undelivered, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping fees paid during checkout.
